The principle application of Air Cooled Servo Stabilizer is to give perfectly stable output supply even under severe condition of unbalanced voltage. These are available in fully automatic as well as manual mode of system. These came with built-in digital metering for measurement of voltage, current and frequency. These reduce heating and improve the life of the equipment. Provides reliable and consistent performance and have a efficiency of 98%.

Oil Cooled Servo Stabilizers corrects voltage fluctuations before they can damage the machines such as CNC machines, PLC machines, etc. These gave got a panel control that provides automatic as well as manual operations. Every unit in the stabilizer is “sock locked” that ensures trouble free operation. These do not generate nose or transient due to isolated servo drive and relay free operation. Control Transformers are available in single phase, Two Phase & Three Phase transformers available in air cooled and oil cooled type. The voltage range for control transformers is from 50 VA to 50 KVA. Low watt Lose core, High Quality super enameled copper wire and F & H Class solvent less epoxy resin is used in these Transformers. In these Transformers Vacuum Pressure is Impregnated. These can supply to all kinds of electrical circuits like CNC machines etc and can be availed in customized sizes as per specifications and requirements.

Enclosure with Sheet Metal Powder Coating is used for the safety of control, Isolation and Ultra Isolation Transformer. These Enclosures help in removing the Electro Magnetic flux safe for the nearest distance of electronic part, machine software and thus ensures their safety. These Enclosures are specially designed for the high cooling effect to the Transformers. These can be availed in customized sizes as per specifications and requirements of the clients.

In Single Phase 110 volt to 440 volt 50 Hz and 60 Hz and motor RPM design in 8 Pole, 6 Pole, 4 Pole and 2 Pole design and as per the requirements of the clients. These are specially designed from 220 volt to 415 volt in same motor design by selector switch to select operated voltage. 3 Phase Induction Motor are specially designed for industrial machines like Crane motor and Host duty motor, Brake Motor etc.

These are primarily used for servicing and rewinding. These are used for completely servicing the rewinding ball bearing fittings & vibration & balancing. And after completion the spindle and high frequency motor are checked by assembly balancing platform. The high frequency spindle and high frequency motor can be manufactured from 5000 to 10000 RPM and from 220 volt to 415 volt with the best design and high quality balancing along with the safety enter locking by thermistor & PTC. The insulation is checked by 2000 Mega ohm, for the grinding process and milling process.
